Chloraseptic Sprays
When Denison was awarded the Chloraseptic contract, it was critical that the assembly line be designed, installed, validated and ready for commercial production within a tight time frame.
With Chloraseptic, we achieved:
- An assembly line able to handle present and future capacity, and flexible enough to change to meet future package configurations.
- On-time shipment of all product.
- Long-term versatility for added skus and a variety of packaging configurations.
Toe and Foot by Kramer
Kramer Laboratories approached Denison for assistance in developing a topical anti-fungal ointment that would be compatible with a brush-tipped tube that they had sourced. The product needed to be fluid enough to squeeze out of the tube, but viscous enough so that it would not drip.
After several bench-top test batches, the desired consistency was achieved. Within a few months, a scale-up batch was manufactured, samples were placed on accelerated stability, and Fungi Nail Toe and Foot was ready for launch.
The timetable was aggressive, but Denison was able to make it happen.
